About

My name is Véronique MASSIE. I was born in France in 1964, and I sign my works on metal under the name Invisible Light Process. My intuitive practice, nourished since childhood by the perception of subtle information, explores the bridges between matter and the unseen planes, between art, consciousness and the sacred.

Each creation, conceived as a deep dialogue with my soul, encodes these perceptions into large metal plates where layers of paint and inscriptions overlap, forming true fields of accessible information, in the service of inner Peace.

I hold diplomas in advertising design, architecture and interior decoration, and trained in Chinese metaphysics, bioenergy and geobiology. I unite art, physics and the invisible in a vibratory painting practice that blends paint, writing and extrasensory perception.

Working freely, outside academic paths, I exhibit solo or within immersive installations, in galleries and unusual venues. I am also involved in several artists’ collectives.

Artistic approach

For me, creating is not a decision. It is an inner movement that passes through me, a silent presence that naturally seeks to take form in matter.

Light has fascinated me since childhood. I would contemplate the sun’s rays passing through the trees, the shadows they drew, the reflections, the stars, the rainbows, down to the light of the lamps I would take apart, trying to understand its origin. Very early on, I sensed that visible light revealed something deeper than a mere physical phenomenon.

At the same time, nature became my first place of listening. The trees, the flowers, the birds, the oceans and every manifestation of the Living silently teach me the same truth: Life possesses a creative intelligence that works with infinite precision. Every day spent close to it nourishes my gaze, my gratitude and my way of creating.

Today, these two impulses have become one. Visible light is, for me, the sensory manifestation of an invisible Light, a creative presence that animates the Living, passes through every form of life, dwells in every being and binds all of Creation in a single breath.

Invisible Light Process was born of this inner certainty.

I work on large metal plates that I consider spaces of transformation. On them I inscribe an intuitive language made of symbols; then come the successive layers of pigments, gestures, erasures and revelations. Each layer veils as much as it unveils, gradually allowing what could not be perceived at a single glance to appear. Even the formats and proportions of these plates are never calculated: they impose themselves before I understand them, and it is often only much later that I recognise their geometric coherence.

Metal remains the matter that carries this research. In the current series, pigments are its living partners: flowers, plants and natural pigments extend this research, not as mere materials but as expressions of the Living that also take part in the work.

Today I also incorporate fluorescent and phosphorescent pigments, which allow each creation to evolve according to the light it meets. Natural light, ultraviolet light or darkness reveal different visions there. Each work thus offers several levels of reading, reminding us that reality unveils itself gradually, and that light only reveals its richness to those willing to look differently.

When the painting is complete, an inspired text naturally imposes itself. It does not come to explain the work; it prolongs its vibration, as if words revealed what matter had begun to murmur.

I do not seek to represent the invisible Light. I seek to create the conditions for its manifestation through matter and the Living.

The process, in the studio

My creations are neither answers nor demonstrations. They are spaces of resonance, sensitive revealers where light, matter, the Living and the gaze enter into dialogue.

The more my process is refined, the more the work becomes available to whoever encounters it. It offers them a space where what can be revealed is not what I wish to show them, but what already seeks to be recognised within them.

Through this silent encounter, matter gives form to what goes beyond it, and each of us can recognise in it the inner light that has always dwelled within.

If my creations can offer even a single moment of presence, of peace, of reconnection to that inner light, then they will have fulfilled their true vocation.

The encoded texts

Inspired fragments, sensitive and essential traces, these texts reveal the soul of the work. They are its final page, the closing gesture, the one that allows each creation to reach its full completeness. Carriers of subtle frequencies, they invite an inner listening that opens a complementary understanding, beyond the mind. They accompany the viewer through a global, immersive and deeply felt experience. Available in audio via a QR code, these texts offer the freedom to let go, to travel back towards oneself, towards one’s own intimacy.
