Privacy and personal data

No cookie is placed on your device. The site uses no analytics tool, loads no font from an outside server, embeds no third-party video and displays no social media button.

That is why no banner asks for your consent: there is nothing to consent to.

If you write from the contact page, three pieces of information are sent: your name, your email address and your message.

They are used only to reply to you. They are never sold, passed on, or used to send you anything other than that reply.

The form is delivered by Formspree (Formspree Inc., United States), which passes the message to the artist’s mailbox. This transfer outside the European Union relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Messages are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted.

Like any web server, the site’s host logs technical connections, which includes your IP address. These logs exist for security and for the service to run. The artist does not use them, and they are tied to no profile.

You have the right to access, correct, erase and port your data, as well as to object to and restrict its processing.

To exercise them, write to the address given on the contact page, stating your request. You will receive a reply within one month.

The shop, Instagram and YouTube are outside services with their own rules. This page covers this site only: the moment you click through to one of them, their terms apply.
