ROSE
It is at the very heart of my being that this pulse stirs. It settles at its centre and little by little begins to express itself. Like the small wings of a newborn butterfly, like a young bud still wearing its cap, it spreads through the matter. It needs no instructions. It simply knows. Each small module of its architecture is carefully crafted, built with the utmost perfection. It even seems to me that someone has taken the controls. As if each element had learned its lines by heart, rehearsed for hours, and then, on this long-awaited day, had stepped onto the stage and played its part so perfectly. I whirl within this cycle, set my feet on each of the steles and let myself steep, let this geometry settle, take up all the space so that I may evolve. Little by little I build myself, crafting with care every part of my creation. A blood-coloured pigment, a scent that caresses you to the very depths of your being, my thorns to remind you of your body, which, wounded, awaits only your love, and then at last Me, I who have come to bring you the beauty of the earth, the beauty of the sky, the beauty of the divine. I am here to fill you with wonder, to intoxicate you with my subtle scent, which one day will caress your soul.
